Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information associated with messages sent to BroVin through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or related support channels.

How To Request Deletion

Email lavchenko@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the platform you used to contact us, your profile name or phone number, and any details that help us identify the conversation.

What Happens Next

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal information that we are not required to keep for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Timing

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will let you know.
