These terms apply when you contact BroVin through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or our admin-supported messaging channels and request vehicle history report services.

Services

We provide customer support and vehicle history report fulfillment based on information supplied by customers, such as VIN, license plate, state, and requested report type.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing report details, and using reports in accordance with applicable laws and third-party report provider terms.

Payments and Delivery

Reports are delivered through the same conversation or another agreed channel after the requested information and payment are confirmed. Availability and delivery times may vary depending on report providers and system availability.

No Warranty

Reports and related information are provided as available from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that all vehicle records are complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BroVin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
